Alisa was absolutely crucial in helping us find our first home! Not only was she knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, she genuinely wanted to find the right house for us…even if that meant showing us multiple properties (and visiting individual properties many times) to help us reduce our anxieties surrounding such a big purchase. Once we found the place for us, Alisa negotiated to get us under asking *with* additional seller credits! We were shocked, as you don’t see that much in this market! We can never thank her enough for all she did for us!
